Before I did olympic weightlifting this is the exact workout split I followed! You will need access to a commercial gym or at least a squat rack and cable machine and dumbbells.

  • 2 4 week blocks of repetitive workouts - 5 days a week
  • Push, Pull, Legs, Full Body, Cardio&Abs
  • Grids to track your weights, print out or use "markup" tool
  • 1 recovery week after each block, 10 weeks total
